She came up with an arrangement where Kody will get to spend time with her. At the same time, Christine also demanded child support. Well, things got ugly when she had to rely on lawyers again to prove in court that Kody provided little to no child support. A new reveal has made matters worse for Kody as Christine has leaked how much her ex-husband owes her in child support!

Sister Wives star Christine Brown Woolley filed a child support lawsuit against Kody Brown. It happened in September 2024. She said Kody never helped pay for their daughter Truely’s needs. Due to their spiritual marriage, Kody’s name was not on Truely’s birth certificate, Christine had to ask for a paternity test. After all, Kody was only ever legally married to Meri and later to Robyn.
Christine and Janelle were left to care for their kids alone. When Christine moved to Utah in 2021 with Truely, there was no child support in place. At last, in 2024, Christine began to receive child support from Kody and involved lawyers for the same. As of late 2024, Kody had agreed to the paternity testing for the legal process. At the same time, legal discussions had begun over possible back child support payments.

Well, it’s a whopping $100,000! That’s how much Kody may owe her in back child support. It turns out that the leak happened while Kody was at an airport. People who saw him say he looked angry and muttered about needing to “control the story.” It seems the leak has caught him off guard. This isn’t the first time Kody has tried to avoid blame. When Christine left, he warned her that the state might take Truely.
Fans say this was just another scare tactic. Kody also admitted that he came up with fake laws and lied that if he and Christine didn’t have a formal child custody agreement for their daughter, the state would become the “owner” of the child.
