She has also started eating clean and healthy. Earlier, she would eat hearty meals like pasta, cottage pie, and traditional English food. Now, she eats clean meals with minimal junk. She’s now nearing her goal weight of 168 lbs. She is also planning skin surgery and a tummy tuck for this July.

However, that did not work for her. The 90 Day Fiance star also dealt with borderline alcoholism and used to drink frequently. She was frustrated with her life, and often cried over it. After a point, her weight went up to 264 lbs, and she used to wear clothes in size 24.
She understood that she needed to do something about her issues. So, to solve her problems, Harding started privately purchasing GLP-1 medicines. These are a sort of glucagon-like peptide-1 receptor agonist. A few examples are semaglutide and tirzepatide. These medicines work in the brain to impact one’s satiety. In today’s society, they are used massively for weight loss.
Harding started the medication in June 2024. In less than a year, she has lost approximately 80 4LBS. The diva revealed that the medication has not only affected her with her metabolism and portion control, but has also impacted her alcohol consumption.
